Overall good, just that the room air conditioning is hard to adjust, the room is too hot.
excellent location, spacious and comfortable room. Good customer service. Room for improvement for the buffet breakfast in both its food quality and variety.

The hotel room itself is a bit old which needs renovation or deep cleaning. Staff are helpful and friendly.

The hotel is right next to Wangfujing apm, very convenient. Rooms were spacious and modernly designed. There is one FamilyMart at the first floor. Overall good hotel!
location of this hotel is perfect, not just near Metro station within 5 min walking distance, can be inside the APM shopping mall. With 24 hours supermarket nearby as well.

I left an electronic devise at my room and contacted Melody Hou of the front desk. She was very helpful and looked after my request by sending the article by courier to me immediately. Very much appreciated.
