「Great location. Booked for 3 adults and 1 kid, room Chambertin is underground, stairs to go down are not really adapted for kids, old or overweighted people, slight humidity, no wifi signal. Considering the price is fair but only good for one night but wouldn’t stay again, moving around is impossible when the sofa is open. It’s clean and staff is nice. 」

「We enjoyed our 2-night stay here very much. The hotel is located at the centre of the city, very close to the Collégiale Notre-Dame. The front door of the hotel leads to the underground lobby. 「We have a pleasant stay here. Although the room is small, the staff are friendly. It is located in a very beautiful small town. There are a lot of restuarants close by. The breakfast provided by the hotel is good. The room is clean but small. The lift s small, too. It can only allow 2 big suitcases with one small suitcase added with 2 adults in the lift. If you drive, there will be more things to see. If not, you can still enjoy staying there for shopping and sitting in a nice restaruants...

Such wonderful hotel
"The room provided to us came with an air conditioner failed to supply cool air by that day Beaune temperature was around 26-28 degree C. The lady in-charged front desk said hotel air conditioner will only supply cool air the next Monday, but we will check-out on Sunday after two nights stay. I questioned her how a hotel had such facilities failure without backup plan. She said sorry to me but the hotel had nothing to do to the guest like me even no electric fan provided. She then even counter suggested to refund me of my prepaid hotel charges and go find other hotels in Beaune, but I knew it was very little vacancy during long weekend holidays in France. I had no option but keep staying in. Hotel also does not provide kettle and tissue paper."
