The pool was green. The bathroom doors didn’t stay closed and the room door was hard to shut. The conjoining rooms did not work even though we were told it would be available. There was also poop on the bathroom wall. Was not offered any type of discount for the missing amenities.

I only gave it 4 stars because the pool wasn't cleaned. I should've called before booking, but that was on my part. Staff stated that the pool hadn't been cleaned in months. It's close to summer and many people book hotels for pool purposes. The room was very cleaned, spacious, air conditioner working perfectly fine and it blowsssss!! No complaints here, just hope the pool gets cleaned soon.

The general manager was amazing and I wanna say that before I get into my review I arrived and within 30mins fell and hurt my shoulder walking in the hotel room to a leak from pipes that ran to a ac unit that had been previously removed phone didn’t work no iron or ironing board tv stopped working numerous times water wouldn’t drain out tub why taking a shower cover to light on ceiling fell in the middle of the night scared the hell out of us but most importantly the fall ruined my trip I was hurt and my wife wanted to go to top golf but we couldn’t because I was in pain went to a concert didn’t get to enjoy myself for pain and this was me and my wife’s anniversary weekend and her birthday

The hotel was under renovations. There was no trash can, no hair dryer. The traffic noise was horrible. Felt like a Motel 6 honestly.

The front door handle/lock was loose and didn't seal properly. The cushions on the couch were stained. There was a crack in the window next to the bed. The bathroom door was hard the close and open, it needed cleaned painted, or just plain replace. The beds were very clean and comfortable.

Worst experience ever!
For 6 people staying we got 1 towel! First room got no light and fire alarms hanging from the ceiling. They told us their breakfast lady didn't come, so no milk, no eggs, no coffee, basically nothing to eat.

Guy at the counter was nice and helpful. Sent us to a room that the door did not lock, looks like it was kicked in previously. He gladly changed our room. While the room was nice the toilet as leaking on the back of it wetting the floor. The vanity light which was the only light to actually see in the mirror did not work at all. We had two rooms for some friend of ours. Their room was awful not updated and had very old nasty sticky carpet. I guess they are remodeling slowly. Also had so much night traffic going on all hours of the night. Alot of women hanging around. And one room in particular that was really busy with traffic..

This property should be charged for FALSE ADVERTISING because the property’s conditions were totally AWFUL! The walkway, sidewalks, stairwell, and elevator were filthy and smelled of strong urine! The security gates were ALL propped open with mice traps as the stoppers and I felt afraid to stay there both nights! I tried to cancel my reservations and get a refund to go to another property and was told I could not receive a refund. I was fearful of the open access from any strangers standing outside or that visited the convenient store adjacent to the property to the open rooms. So I am still trying to speak with CS for Expedia as the reservations were refundable! I could not reach anyone to resolve this matter Friday of Saturday! They’re undergoing renovations and should CLOSE until they’re finished! I am exhausted from the anxiety and lack of sleep from this weekend’s stay in the hotel. PLEASE CONTACT ME AND HELP ME GET MY REFUND THAT I REQUESTED AFTER SEEING THE CONDITION OF THIS PROPERTY! Thank you

$50 Deposit, Terrible Service, Roaches, Musty!
First off there is $50 deposit required in addition to what you pay to book. No where on the website did it say anything about the deposit before confirming the booking. You cannot have access to your room until the deposit is paid. They will refund the deposit if your room is in good condition when you leave but it will take 3-5 business days. The receptionist at check in (Trudy) made me feel very belittled when I explained to her I had no clue there was a deposit. The room was absolutely subpar. Huge roaches. The lamps next to the bed didn’t work. It also smelled incredibly Musty

So this is a new but unfinished hotel. Which is questionable considering that it already looks run down. No garbage can in room, no hair dryer, or iron in the room! Also there was pubic hair in the tub and small hairs all over the bathroom like from a man shaving his beard! If it wouldn’t have been so late when I checked in I would have went somewhere else
