Close to BTS’s Surasak station, room trendy and clean, every staff is very nice, breakfast suit my favorite foods, only one thing I don’t like is the water pressure of the shower was too weak. General accommodation experience was perfect.

Washroom design and facilities are bad - unstable shower water temperature; bathtub can be seen through the blinds by people of residential building nearby; noise heard when opening and closing doors.

今次呢間酒店幾好，缺點係房間燈光太暗，暗到乜都睇唔到，酒店嘅酒吧風景好靚，泳池好好，不過我哋冇訂早餐所以冇試過佢嘅餐廳，lobby reception招呼禮貌好，lobby大堂闊大, BTS 在酒店側邊很方便。交通前往:到機場basement乘坐機場快線藍色線，45baht一位, 機場快線先到 phayathai » 轉乘bts去Siam 站，Silom line 去 Surasak 到酒店

整體上是ok的，之前都住過幾次，今次係疫情後第一次嚟，酒店真係好環保，幾天都不換床單，但好似不夠衛生，隔天換都可接受，但住了3天都不換我就寫字條讓他們換，而且浴室的用品都沒有補給，毛巾也放不齊各種size 令我們不夠用

Very convenient location that BTS is located next door. The staff are very helpful from calling taxi to sight-seeing spots inquiries. The room is large enough for 2 large lugguages and 2 ladies dressing up.

取房時，原訂的 2 Queen Beds 未能提供，只能提供的1 Queen bed 和 1 single bed, 令人失望。若是這樣，最初我可以選用其他網站訂房，價錢更平。下午 2時取房，因房間有多處問題，結果到下午5時才能換房處理，餓著肚子，也浪費很多時間。最初酒店提供的房間，冷氣不足，洗手盤不能去水，經職員修理仍未能改善。之後要求換房，最初職員不肯，經多次協調才肯換房，轉房後新房間冷氣運作正常。Mini bar 欠缺薯片，已在 check in 時通知 counter 職員，卻沒有補回後記錄欠缺薯片，最後 check out 時職員問我們有否使用 mini bar 的食物，雖然最後沒有收費，但感覺很差。房間夠大，卻沒有枱或架擺放行李喼，要放在地上整理行李，很不方便。每天職員執房後，未能補上足夠的物資，我們 3 位住客，卻只補回一套洗護髮和沖涼用品，也沒有補上拖鞋和地布，相當不專業。

The hotel is situated at a strategic location- BTS Sathorn Station right in front of the hotel, the popular Coffee Club attached to G/F, convenience store, supermarket, coffee shops and money exchange within walking distance. Staff are friendly, helpful, and they responded quickly to your concern. The only drawback is the condition of the room facility. Everything appeared to be ageing, especially the shower. The water was slow and not hot enough. The bath was stained so we didn't use it. The bed and pillow were very soft. We went to the roof bar and massage, which you could save your money and time for something better. Overall, the hotel is recommended but we would expect some renovation or improvement to enhance the quality.

第2次入住了，位置夠方便的，但到達後要等3個鐘等到6點先俾到房，太不能接受，加上食物質素差了，房間床太軟，訓到腰痛

值得再入住

近BTS surasak 站，行幾分鐘就到。附近無shopping mall，我都會走去Siam, 搭幾個站，唔算遠。酒店乾淨，職員都好好禮貌，有自己既cafe, gym, 泳池, massage, 樓頂係sky bar, 唔洗周圍去。

入住體驗非常好，職員有禮貌，需要協助都要盡力幫忙；設施亦充足。唯房間打理方面，有待改善；例如mini bar上的設備有污積等等。但其他方面都很滿意，再到曼谷會繼續入住。
