「A true gem- it’s a little distant from “town” but after spending a night in town the previous night, I’d take the distance and unique setting over being in town any day. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Staying here feels like a breath of fresh air and was very enjoyable.」

Used out hats to scoop water from the lake to put out foot high flames. Management at resort once we eventually arrived were non plussed. No acknowledgement of our ordeal other then and apology. 「Location of the hotel in the national park is amazingly beautiful! But the lack of information and service made for a poor experience. They don't have a website, and no proper information was provided for how to access the location of the hotel on the island (what pier to get on boat, where to meet contact person at the pier, times the boats operate, additional fee for park entrance at the pier, etc). 「Da vi kom til hotellet ville de have betaling for værelset. De kunne ikke se at det var betalt. Så vi brugte lige 2 timer på at diskutere betimeligheden i at skulle betale for værelset en gang til - vi kom til at betale værelset 800 thb. De snakkede stort set ikke engelsk, men det lykkedes os da endelig at få dem overtalt til at lave en kvittering.Der var ingen mulighed for at gå på nettet og ad denne vej vise at værelset var betalt. 」
