The hotel is near The Timonium area where there are alot of shops and stores. I saw stains and hair in my towels and the hotel looks ran down and old. Not exciting to be at that location, i think it would be better if it had a face-lift

The power went out last night for 4 hours maybe a little less. All of our food went bad, the room was very cold. No refund was offered at all. Very disappointed, don’t stay here!!

Avoid this place.
This is one of the worst extended Stay. Hotels.com deceived me by putting 3 stars. Filthy smell and bed is not comfortable. I had booked as a last minute due to location but will not comeback.

A Good Stay
The room was very comfortable, and the bed was especially comfortable.The room was quite clean, with the exception of under the bed. When we looked unde the bed just before checking out to make sure we didn’t leave anything,it was obvious that it had not been cleaned there for a while. However, the rest of the room was quite ckean, so under the bed was a minor thing.

Clean & friendly
This was my first experience at an Extended Stay & I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were very pleasant & helpful. My room was very clean & quiet. Having a kitchenette was very nice especially since they supplied dishes & a coffee pot. I’ll definitely stay there again.

The breakfast was a joke, it was only muffins and coffee basically. The bathroom had roaches and it could be because people cook and leave food in the rooms but they can sanitize better and fumigate often.

Terrible; dirty & bad customer service
We arrived and for 15 minutes we waited because there was no one at the front desk. Then another guest entered the front doors & asked us is anyone helping us? We answered no and this guest used a phone in the lobby to call the front desk employee. Then we still waited an additional 5 minutes. We got checked in went to the room the bathroom floor was soaked with a puddle of water. We went back to the front desk, again there was no one there so we used the phone in the lobby to call for someone. The employee provided us keys to a new room. We checked in and then went out to grab dinner. Once we returned to get ready for bed, we killed a bug , it was a roach in the bathroom. Then we killed another roach by the pillow/headboard area. Once the sheets were pulled back there was a large stain on the sheets both dark brown / blood like color. We called the front desk to explain the room is dirty and advised we were not staying here.

Very Nice for the Price
My Room was clean and comfortable and quiet. For price, older property well maintained. Front Desk and cleaning staff efficient and friendly. Kitchenette ample for basic meal prep and storage.
