There is a kitchen area next to the living room, the range hood is useless and cause poor ventilation. The staff at the check in counter has explained the house rules but didn't mention about the water heater is a storage type. I had a shower with cold water on my first night which was a terrible experience for me.」

"非常沒有人性的階梯，使用大件行李非常不方便。沒有任何的協助，雖然地點不錯，但是進入大廳前許多階梯！ 停車場高度太低，van無法進入，必須停在1.6km遠的停車場，非常非常不方便！ 早餐非常簡單，乏善可陳。這是住過最差的4星級飯店"
