We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The rooms and facilities were really nice as well as clean. All of the staff were really friendly, lovely and helpful. They were quick to respond to any issue we had. One of which was the fact that the bedrooms didn't have a mirror near to a plug socket. Maybe not used to western women staying. However they quickly found us a mirror for each bedroom. When we seemed to have a problem with the air con late at night, again someone was quick to come and help us. The cleaners used to leave us sculptures made from towels. The porter on realising that one of our rooms had a double bed and the other one had a connecting door, was ahead of us in asking reception to switch the room so that we were in adjoining rooms with twin beds. The restaurant food was very tasty. However the idea of using a QR code to scan a lengthy menu is painful. The list is so long and there is no quick way to jump up or down the list without a lot of scrolling. That really needs re-thinking. Either create a paper menu or improve the website.

Perfect base for touring Aurangabad's history
We wanted a hotel to which we could happily retreat each evening after spending the days exploring the area's amazing history and sights. We couldn't have chosen better than Lemon Tree Resort. Although it's beside the main road and only 10 minutes' drive from the airport, they've created a quiet oasis centred around a beautiful pool. The rooms are large, modern and immaculate with, importantly, a quality bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and fluffy towels. The communal areas have homely touches to make the space feel relaxing. The buffet breakfast was standard Indian fare in a nice room overlooking the pool. The only (very small) criticism I'd lay is that all meals are taken indoors, while the adjacent beautiful pool area, ideal for al fresco dining, lays under-used.

Friendly staffs, good location in the middle of the city. Room was Okay. But as a japanese traveler , disposable slippers would made me comfortable. We didn’t want to walk on the dusty floor on our own feet. Anyway overall impression was good, worth to be 4 stars

Well appointed clean room , with a nice choice of teas a few pouches of coffee would make it even better , 👌👌 hot water shower , it was quite peaceful , very convenient distance to airport , nice restuarant , pleasant ambiance , good front desk staff and very courteous security staff at gate and entrance . Thank you

Overall property is good, nice quiet location and very convenient. Only cleanliness is the issue, when we arrived bed sheets, bed spreads were in really bad condition, it had stains on it. We had to get everything changed.

The property is not a 4 star, it’s a 3 star. There was mildew in the tiles. Toilet, and sink. The phone located in the bathroom was disgusting directly. The staff in cafe was friendly and helpful! We received an upgrade but if after receiving an upgrade this is how the room was, then I wonder how a normal room would be, the hotel is centrally located though!

The hotel looks a bit shabby and old; however, once i side the space is iodated and our suite was clean and comfortable. Bed was very nice. Food, good, both the breakfast buffet and items ordered from room service. I have two main issues. The staff was very unfriendly. They tried to put me in a small room with twin beds when i reserved and paid for an executive king suite. Not even an “oops, sorry” just moved me to the king suite. The main thing to be careful of is that they add an 18% service charge to nearly everything. If you lay for dinner buffet and serve yourself, including pouring your own wine, there is still an 18% service charge. In other words, even with no table service, the charge is still there. Thur know its wrong, also, because if you read the fine print they tell you the charge isn't mandatory. I like to tip, and well. I do not like to be tricked into tipping for every little thing. Even at checkout, paying my final incidentals bill, there was a service charge. When i asked why, i was told it was a charge for my “package”, whatever that is. Just be careful and dont hesitate to tell them you want the charge removed so you can decide your own tip.

Started well
Started off well with staff very obliging then went South from there as we couldn't get a simple tea order to our room. There is no fresh milk in the room which we requested, eventually ordering the tea with the milk. The milk arrived after an hour with no tea, just the bill.

Restaurant staff could not have been more helpful especially with gluten free dinner, they are a credit to the hotel. Rooms okay, mine was slightly tired. Gym clean although small.

Very pleasant stay. The facility itself is comfortable without being formal. But the staff is excellent—I can’t remember an hotel staff better than Lemon Tree’s. A very comfortable way to enjoy Ajanta and Ellora.

Pleasant stay in Lemon tree hotel
I had business trip to Aurangabad for couple days. In the hotel, I liked structure of building and arrangements of both in and outside of room. More than anything, I liked kind people working in the hotel.

High-Quality Hotel with Good Standard
Especially the pool is very nice. Everything is clean, secure and of high standard. Still there are some minute discrepancies: During breakfast, which is really good and large with a lot of variety, the personell does not always understand what you want. Instead of asking what was meant they just bring something (wrong). Also the final bill is confusing with so many positions. But all in all it is definitely one of the best - if not the best - hotel in Aurangabad.
