「Decent mid-range hotel in convenient location in city centre of Arusha…main drawbacks are inaccuracies Expedia lists for this hotel. Even with paid upgrade to Premium room, we found no hair dryer nor safe nor robes—despite Expedia listing all of those as standard with the rooms. This place is not “premier”; but it’s friendly, convenient, safe, and with decent full breakfast included. 」

「Personal sehr freundlich, die Anfahrt über das Dorf ist sehenswert und interessant. Auch bei uns konnte das Hotel die bereits in Deutschland erfolgte Zahlung des Hotelzimmers nicht bestätigen. Die Weiterleitung der Buchungsbestätigung mit der Zahlungsbestätigung per Mail war ausreichend. 」

「Service and Resturant are good. The owners have forgotten to maintain the property. Stayed twice. Both rooms have broken tiles, drain problems, water taps are all broken. Windows don’t close properly. Sewer smells coming from drains. Broken spring in mates stick out. Need a construction man around to fix things. 」

「Decent rooms. Properties right next door were under full construction which was irritating. Lunch took 2.5 hours with 1 other table in the restaurant. Would have taken much longer if we had not kept pushing. We had not set in 36 hours and just wanted an easy meal. That is why we stayed at the hotel. We ended up not being able to nap that afternoon due to the horribly slow service. Then upon checkout the front desk insisted to my lady friend that the room needed to be paid after it was prepaid....
