The room was an iceberg…Frigid, they claimed the heater was broken, provided a blanket, my father ended up sick with bronchitis. I think it was warmer in the street than in the room. Horrible experience!!!

Is a nice property, closed to restaurants and 6 minutes walking distance from the Plaza de Armas. The staff is amazing. But the hotel Is in a lonely street, and the breakfast is poor, just only eggs and bread with juice and coffee. The last day I prefer to get out for breakfast. The room is ok but the last day when I was packaged my things I shook the sheets, and I found rice on the bed!!! I never ate in the room! It was disgusting!

Bien pero puede mejorar
La calle donde se encuentra el hotel es solitaria y un poco oscura, y la entrada del hotel no está iluminada así que nos costó encontrarla. Nos dieron una habitación en el sótano, si bien tenía ventana alta a un patio había poca ventilación. El desayuno te lo llevan a la habitación pero tienes que llamar cada vez a la recepción para pedirlo y no hay variedad aunque de sabor está bueno.

El desayuno por protocolos de bioseguridad estaba siendo servido a la habitación, es un desayuno tipo americano el que ofrecemos con nuestra tarifa. Actualmente es servido en el restaurante. El ingreso al hotel es complicado porque casi no están en recepción nunca entendí el porque, pero cada que regresaba tenía que esperar en la puerta y recién al casi tercer llamado aparecían.

En general el hotel muy bueno, el personal amable, limpio y cómodo. Está muy cerca de la plaza de armas y principales lugares. El desayuno cumple. Lo único que nos gustó fue que el check in demoró un poco y los amenities y elementos como jabón o papel higienico no los ponían a tiempo y cuando pediamos solo traían 1 siendo 2 personas. Fuera de esto el hotel es muy bueno.

Great location, nice room, friendly staff and good breakfast with cook to order eggs. We were here twice and both times were very nice. The staff was very accomodating to our needs including helping with transportation. Always with a smile.

Muy buena ubicacion, super cerca de la Plaza de Armas y zona de restaurants. La habitacion muy comoda, amplia y muy limpia, con su servicio de cafe y te en la misma. This is a lovely hotel in a great location in the historic area of Arequipa. We arrived by bus early in the morning and although our room wasn’t ready, the staff offered us complimentary breakfast and the use of their facilities, which was much appreciated. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and breakfast was great. Would recommend to others visiting the area!

There was no internet service. There was no electricity in some rooms and the elevator did not work. Several people complained in the administration. There are only 2 people to attend to all the people staying.

Dear Rick, Thank you for staying at qp Hotels Arequipa. I wanted personally apologize for the problems that you have encountered during your stay. Please let me inform you that the problem with the electricity was caused by a power failure in that area. As you know, when you have no electricity, you won’t have elevators or the internet functioning. As soon as the problem of the power shortage occurred, we used the emergency power generator. We are so sorry that you had to go through this experience, but as you know these kinds of problems are out of our hands. Again we apologize sincerely for that incident.

This is a very modern and very central Hotel in Arequipa with great staff. It's built into a traditional Arequipa building so the rooms don't have huge windows as other reviews have commented but this is part of the character of the Hotel. Overall, excellent place to stay in central Arequipa.

Fantastic experience!
It’s a wonderful hotel, new, clean, quiet and in a walking distance to many attractions. Best of all, the staff members were very friendly and helpful. We had to leave early (3am) for our trek, and they offered to make us breakfast. The best service!

Great Value and Highly Recommended
A very good value just outside of the Plaza Armas-quiet block but still just 5-10 minutes to it. Rooms have all of the modern amenities and luxuries needed.

Tout était parfait. Le service était excellent. Nous avons laissé nos bagages à l'hôtel lors de notre séjour dans le canyon de Colca dans un endroit sous clé.
