The hotel was just OK. The property felt older and in need of some TLC. The light in our ceiling bathroom area leaked water constantly from something above.The pillows on the couch were dirty and needed washed. The area around the hotel is not at all safe at night and I would not recommend even being in the parking lot after dark. For the money there are better options more towards Bethlehem.

We booked 5 suites 3-4 months in advance. We were called a day before check in to see if we “needed” the suites. Upon check in front desk person had an attitude and seemed annoyed. We were placed on separate floors and she made us wait because she said our suites weren't ready or cleaned. Then I had to wait until 2 days to speak to a manager regarding taxes and our total charges. I have emailed and called and I have yet to receive an itemized detailed receipt and or invoice of our stay. Horrible communication and experience

It is standard practice for us to confirm when we have multiple reservations for the same date and room types as we have been getting errors in our system and people being double booked for rooms. I apologize for the delay in the receipts and will verify that our system has sent them to you.

Staff at front desk was fast, efficient and welcoming. Breakfast staff was also fantastic. Bed was comfy and the suite was large and had lots of sitting areas. A tv in bedroom and in the living room was nice to have.

The property was very clean and orderly. The one thing that was lacking which was not that big of a deal was there was no guide on the TV so you never knew what was playing or what was coming up next. I happened to have a bit of free time on my trip and was flipping through the channels a couple of times trying to find what to watch. Not a huge deal but it was a little annoying.

Rooms are huge. Free beer, wine and pizza from 5:30-7pm. Relaxing hot tub. I've stayed at plenty of hotels and this was definitely one of the best ones.

Very displeased. Chose this hotel b/c advertised on travelocity to have free extended parking and free shuttle service to the airport. Get to the hotel to check-in and Megan was at the desk and informed us there is not free parking. I showed her the screenshot showing the free parking advertised on Travelocity. She states that b/c we booked on Travelocity, she cannot help us fix the issue and we have to speak with her manager in the am. Never did introduce herself, was rude, very unhelpful when asking about shuttle services in am. Area behind the desk was also cluttered and staff was dressed very unprofessionally. Would have picked a much nicer hotel for a small increase in rate if we had known how bad their service would be and that there actually supposedly is not free parking. Oh, and they also did not have a shuttle service that morning to get us to the airport, so we ended up driving over ourselves anyway. Overall, very dissatisfied in customer service and overall experience. was outdated and had a funny smell and again. Megan at the desk was rude and very unhelpful.
