Hello Alexis, When you checked in, we verified with you that only you would be staying in the guest room. Hotel rules are that only registered guests are allowed to use the swimming pool. 7 cars were parked in front of the pool and about 20-30 people were there whom you called to party. We had to ask them to leave the property as they are not allowed in the property if they haven't rented any rooms. We work hard to provide excellent service to our guests.
