This so call hotel is more like a Motel!!!!! It looks so beautiful on the website but it’s actually nothing like what the pictures on the website look's like. As my family & l approached the hotel, we thought it was ABANDONED!!!! We got there and checked into the room and to our dismay it was horrible. Nevertheless, we decided to stay and just relax herself. The Entire area look as it is desolate. There’s a lot of rundown buildings. Just nothing that I was expecting according to the pictures and pictures of surrounding areas that they showcase. We went to sleep only to be woken up by roaches calling on us at 7:30am In the morning I went in the bathroom to take a shower only to see the roaches on top of the ceiling and the bathroom and come in through the vents. We decided to leave early so we end up checking out at 8:30 AM. We went to the front desk to speak to the agent there, we explained to her what we saw, and what was crawling on us, and all she said was “ Sorry, I will have the maintenance. Call the Pet Control on Monday.” No, What can I do to make this better? I will let you pay half the night that you’re late leaving before check out.” Just horrible ….I just want my money back!

1st room, bashed in TV, 2nd room watee leak from toilet, 3rd room smelled like tabacco, no saftey lock on door, duct tape for door handle on bathroom door....

Found dirty condoms underneath the bed, staff was very attentive and very nice though.

Don’t stay here it’s super dirty, I found a used condom underneath the bed along with dirty bed sheets. Don’t come here if you have kids it’s not worth the price.

room was disgusting and filthy. clothes and sheets were all over the floor the moment we walked in. they didn’t even bother to clean it. After switching rooms the next room was infested with roaches. Would never recommend this place to anyone !!! save your money.

Our room was dirty, hair in bathroom, trash under bed, entertainment center wasn't wiped. Barely got any hot water in shower. Our from keys wouldn't work.

The property had not been kept up, exterior was overgrown, interior was cluttered. No elevator access to second floor. Room was fairly clean, but bedding was outdated and pillows, were old and small.

Stinky room and pool with no water
The smell of the room was a hint of lemon then spoiled milk. Not a pleasant smell at all. I had to attend an event and hotels were booked or I would have gotten another hotel. Also, when choosing a hotel I looked for one with a pool. This one had a pool, but was empty. Between the smell of the room and an empty pool it was not a pleasant stay. I will not go back or recommend this property.

To start the front desk staff was great! Butttt after that all down hill. The first room was penetrated with the smell of weed and multiple pieces of furniture broken and bed noted messy and beer and drinks left over from the previous guest. Front staff immediately moved me to a another room but noted the TV is broken. Highly disappointed. I’ve stayed before but this time it appears unkept. Great price but I guess you get what you pay for. 😔

We do not allow any type of smoking inside out room nor hallways. We do take legal action when it comes to any weed smoking or any drug related activity. Alexandria was great.
First of all it was recently taken over by Quality inn so minimal signage. We had to hunt to find the motel. Second check in was a nightmare. The clerk Alexandria was wonderful and worked very hard to get it done properly. As I understand because quality inn had just taken over there was an issue with my credit card and the temporary deposit. Alexandria didn’t give up. She persevered and we were finally allowed to check in. When it was time to leave I wanted to be sure my credit card was released from the deposit charge. I hope it was because I waited at the desk, rang the bell twice but no one ever showed up. I hope you get things fixed.

Outside of property looked as if it was abandoned and dirty. Inside was updated with paint and decent beds with microwave and mini fridge. Low water pressure. Front desk didn’t even have water bottles nor to purchase. Bad neighborhood. Lock ur vehicles.

I'm sorry to hear about the inconvenience at our hotel. But we are currently undergoing renovations as we have only been open a few months. And I assure you we have not had problems with theft, all our security cameras are up and running.
