"Our stay was May 2024, we had a two bedroom suite with lake view. The second bedroom was dark with zero windows and right at the room door. The jacuzzi tub did not work, and there was no plug. We asked for plug and instead of handing me the plug they said the maintenance man would need to bring it ..."

Jun 20, 2019Great place to stay if your looking for a northern lodge experience. Twenty acres along Crooked River with trails and kayaks to use. Large fire pit in back of lodge which faces river. Easy drive to several northern attractions. Reasonably priced.

May 28, 2019Alanson has quite a few dining options now, as well as a Subway and a Dairy Queen. It’s not far to a big grocery store. Petoskey is the next city for fun shopping and beautiful scenery, and fun eateries.
