"Great staff. Beautiful resort ! Great pools and food ! If your a long beach walker this may not be for you. There are stones and rocks in the water and on shore which made it challenging but still a beautiful snorkel area near the beach bar . I would return"

Feb 15, 2020Taxi from Akumal to the resort was 250 pesos ( about $13 USD), for approximately 1 mile. Try to make a deal ahead of time. If taking the Collectivo, it will stop right in front at the entrance. This would be appropriate for traveling light)

Feb 6, 2020We did a day trip to Chichen Itza and Ik-Kil Cenote, great outing! We also snorkeled at Yal-ku cenote in Akumal.
