"Excellent location, and the room is comfortable. The bathtub is big but very dirty with lots of stains. Some small insects were found on the bath towel surface. I’ve met two staff. Both of them are women. One is very friendly and helpful, while another is quite rude when I ask her how to return room key if I need to check out very early. "

"被安排到一間最低質、空間超細的開放式房間205.1，二樓向城景，首晚零晨全層斷電過多小時，開陽台門通風，車輛噪音加上鄰居說話滋擾，床墊質低承托力差，空調聲大成噪音，整夜失眠，早上要求換房不果，唯有退房另找其他酒店，多花近千澳元，以往多次入住，一房兩房高層向海比較好！"
