Relax and good for family holiday
Close to city center. Service is great. Room is small but comfortable. A lot of fun in swimming pools and slider. Private beach is quite relaxing but water depth is descending sharply, be careful children safety. Friday bunch looks great but I missed. Highly recommended.

Staff friendly and attentive Bathrooms/change rooms around the pool area weren't clean Noisy room, our room was street facing and street noise was loud. We also woke one evening from the room above us being cleaned at 3am, could hear vacuum, it echoed into our room. Staff however did stop when we called reception.

The hotel has lovely large bedrooms which are spotlessly clean. House keeping is excellent. The breakfast buffet has an excellent selection of both hot and cold foods. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Only down side of the hotel is that it is next to a very busy road. The traffic noise in the city view room was annoying at night. I would pay for a pool side room next time away from the traffic noise. I would stay at this hotel again. Location is perfect for walking along the Corniche.

Hôtel bon pour les affaires, séminaires etc mais pas pour des vacances en amoureux. Bien que 5 étoiles l’accueil est loin d’être à la hauteur des autres hôtels 5 étoiles d’Abu Dhabi que nous avons eu l’occasion de faire. La chambre côté ville est au troisième étage, très bruyant. La salle de bains est à rafraîchir (joints noirs, porte vitrée avec du calcaire) et le linge de toilette était effiloché. La plage donne sur des immeubles et il ne s’agit que d’un petit courant d’eau, pas la mer comme on peut la voir dans les autres hôtels de la Corniche. Nous avons déjeuné sur les matelas de la plage et le repas était bon. Bref ça a fait l’affaire pour une nuit d’escale mais nous ne reviendrons pas.

In general, the hotel is fine; however, its location is not very central, to find restaurants for lunch or dinner, you need to take a taxi. The tiles inside the shower need to be regrouted, as they appear dirty due to the grout falling off or having a darker color.

We started coming to the sheraton resort in 2014 and really loved the place. A few things have changed but the beach and pool areas are always lovley places to just relax and enjoy the sun. The staff as always were very helpful ,the breakfast is very good with a good variety. We stayed in a club room and found the club buffet poor and really lacking any decent food although the lounge was very nice and the staff friendly it was very basic. The room was ok the lack of any sound proofing is makes for a desturbed nights sleep the noise of the doors shutting sounds like a shotgun firing which occurs every night at varying times, we stayed on the sixth floor andni think we had the cast of Riverdance staying above us . We love this hotel and area and will be back next year. Thanks Sheraton.

The facilities are great. The staff went above and beyond. The room was very good for a family of three (executive suite). We were given access to the executive lounge for afternoon snacks and happy hour which was great, especially with a picky 5 year who always wants to eat.

There are only 2 restaurants, one was only buffet service, and opened 4 dinner at 7pm which was a bit late 4 us 2 eat. The other opened 4 dinner also at 7pm, but u could get something ala carte if u wanted. The beach was good, but the water too warm so it wasn't refreshing. The pool was GREAT, but getting a lounge was challenging if u didn't get there early enough. Would be nice if there were a PRINTED Channel Guide 4 the TV. The mini bar DEFINITELY needs 2 be colder, or replace them with a mini fridge!

Posizione ottima poiché vicino all’Abu Dhabi mall, al Maryah island, corniche, qasr al vatan, World trade center, souk al mina, louvre, ecc. Posto molto elegante, la piscina e la spiaggia ci hanno soddisfatto. Il menu alla carta presentava poche scelte ma quelle proposte erano veramente eseguite ottimamente. Denota la preparazione degli chef sia del ristorante accanto che della cucina. Il buffet a colazione è ottimo con il giusto mix di cibi sia occidentali che locali. Rispecchia molto a mio avviso la multietnicità di Abu Dhabi. Chef oltre che preparati, molto cortesi. Il personale della reception quasi sempre tranne in due casi, è sempre stato attento alla domanda postagli. Forse un po’ freddi, poco calorosi rispetto a ciò che mi piacerebbe trovare ma è un mio parere del tutto personale. Spesso ti indirizzano ma sempre con quella vena un po’ commerciale di secondo fine, a me piacciono i pareri più veri. Ma ci siamo adattati anche a questo senza problemi. Le camere ecco avevano qualche imperfezione anche se nel complesso erano molto belle: il box doccia perdeva acqua da sotto la porta e la cornetta della doccia perdeva acqua dal manico ma l’hanno subito aggiustato, era presente il phon a differenza di altre recensioni lette che non lo trovavano. E infine la carta igienica non la rimpiazzavano dovevamo noi chiamarli e i cuscini sono un po’ fiappi. Nel complesso direi valutazione 4,5 su 5

The friendly service and professionalism of Hany and all the staff have been amazing.. kids loved the pool. Definitely coming back.

The hotel was in a great location. all the staff were all very friendly and professional. The room was very clean with a generous sized bathroom. the beach was small but it made all the difference to our stay as the pool was drowned out with loud music which was not relaxing.

Uno dei primi resort di Abu Dabhi, ottimamente mantenuto sia internamente che esternamente . Colazione super e personale top, Disponibili per qualsiasi servizio extra.. Buona la parte piscina meno la spiaggia/mare( piccola baia che non ha vista sul mare aperto ). Camera confortevole ma un po’ rumorosa . Comunque consigliato .

Very nice family friendly hotel
We spent 4 days in the hotel with the family and it was a very pleasant and comfortable vacation. The hotel is all renovated and has a lot of facilities to use (gym, sauna, hairdressers etc..) We booked the royal suite and it was super comfortable, also cribs were added for my 2 yr old babies to sleep. 3 outdoor pools are available for different age groups and what i liked is that the smaller pools were temperature adequate to kids. For Eid holidays, themed nights were organized on the beach section In addition, the manager of the hotel was always present making sure all was working as it is supposed to be I Highly recommend the hotel for family vacation trip
