「we liked our stay very much omg the stuff were so helpful it was a new years holiday in Vietnam we could not get a car from ninh binh to ha long had so much stress for one hour called the hotel for help within 15 min everything was ok!came to our hotel they offered us free upgrade and larger beds since we were traveling with 3 children , the room was spacious very clean they even prepared welcome fruit and drinks for us our family is so thankful had a wonderful stay happy memories! 」

「Nice boat with friendly and helpful crew. The boat taking you to and from the boat took 40-60minutes which was a bit more than expected. Food was ok, but the views were amazing. Nice and clean rooms. 」

「Staff is very helpful and kind. Hotel is beautifully located at their own beach with amazing views. However, the guests are very loud and doing fotoshoots everywhere, very annoying. Please make designated areas where they can make fotos. 」

「The whole trip was great experience for a two night package to see Ha Long Bay. The Cruise ship was well appointed and a great base to see the UNECO Heritage site. A few small concerns: the beaches we visited had a lot of rubbish, all boats/ships should invite customers to pick-up the rubbish to help preserve this special environment. Also the ship should have videos and other media which better present the site and environmental goals etc., as this was poring covered by staff.」

「Can’t fault the cruise or the staff who were brilliant.. But if you get up early to marvel at the views of a world UNESCO heritage site your going to be extremely disappointed and annoyed to see a HUGE amount of floating rubbish deposited by boats of all kinds including the boats that brought you there..!! We did see one small boat attempting to clean up some rubbish with a small net with very little impact. Please Vietnam look after your UNESCO site a lot better than you are.」

Como sou alérgica a camarão e abacaxi fizeram adaptações ao cardápio para me atender. Apenas como sugestão deveriam pensar em fazer uma adaptação no programa os dias mais frios e com tempo ruim. Paramos para nadar e fazer passeio de caiaque no primeiro dia, mas os 16ºC não foram convidativos para a atividade. Talvez navegar um pouco mais teria sido mais...

「We had a Fantastic stay on M’Gloria! It’s a beautiful ship, and the staff went above and beyond every day for us. The food was also incredible, at every single meal! I’d highly recommend this experience. 」

「The boat is a mid range cruise nothing fancy but still clean and comfortable. The itinerary itself follows the same as every other boat doing these tours. It’s really only 3 activities in 2 days. The 2nd day is a 30 min kayak and then you spend all morning on the boat and waiting at the dock for the return. If you really want to explore Halong bay I wouldn’t recommend this. Also drinks on board are super expensive! 」

「Very nice cruise ship just like the picture shows, staff were very nice and friendly, food was delicious but the booze prices were a bit steep! Hot tub on the deck was a nice touch but the water in the tub was questionable. Overall was a pleasant one night cruise, and will recommend to others. 」
