「The hotel is located very close to the beach, and the surroundings are pleasant. However, due to the large waves, it is not possible to swim in the sea. The overall English communication skills of the hotel staff are not great, but the service is good, and the environment is clean. It's a bit far from the city center, taking approximately half an hour by taxi to reach Hoi An Ancient Town. Overall, the experience was decent.」

「房間中等大小但有浴缸、沙發，mini bar每天會重新補充而且免費，本來只是要先寄放行李，沒想到竟然可以提早入住，而且最最最最神奇的是，回來房間永遠都有人整理，一天數次，真的太神奇了，可以在這裏享受會安的美好，推薦大家一定要來。」

「this is a hotel next to Ancient town in Hoi An. I booked the soul room for 2 nights and 2 hr spa is included (1hr per day). to save time, I have combined 2 hour spa into 1 day. The spa is good. The soul room is large but it is quite noisy as it is close to the main road. And there is a disco/club next to the hotel. you can hear people sing. The breakfast is just ok, not many choice. The service is good. Staff remember your name and need. Overall, it is a good hotel. 」

「All the staff are very polite and helpful. The breakfast is great and i can try some new dishes everyday. The hotel room and facilities are clean and tidy. Recommend to reserve a room with sea view so you can enjoy the wonderful view of My Khe beach during the stay.」

「We have an awesome stay in the hotel. The hotel is beautiful and clean. Staffs are nice and helpful. It was a birthday trip and we have not mentioned about this. However, they sent us birthday greetings during housekeeping and I was flattered. Direct access to the pool and beach, and we enjoyed the privacy of it. We will definitely return to this hotel in the future!」

「1.stay from 7/1–7/5,2023 2. Booked two hotel activities in advance, but none of them was recorded. I had to argued with hotel staffs for my booking. 3. The Retreat located in the middle of nowhere and provide only two shuttle bus to city center and one shuttle bus back to Retreat. This is very un convenient. 4. With mini bar in room but never reimplement when items were consumed. 5.Due to late flight, requested late-check-out on the second day after check in but till 2 days later, was told no...
