「The front desk staff was very friendly. We were not able to park in the front more secure lot the first night. We had to park behind the hotel in an overflow lot. The room was clean. Beds are very hard. Woke up in the middle of the night with a back ache. The tv in our room was stuck on theain menu. You couldn't change the channels. It wasn't to bad, since we just used it for background noise. 」

「這是我住過最大方的飯店，雖有點老舊但也不失清潔與整體感，，也因如此它有它的歷史及故事存在更是一番風味,在這我不用擔心WIFI另外收費，以及除了飯店常見的早餐，在這竟也不用擔心外出尋找晚餐.它是免費的晚餐..太不可思議了我覺得很物超所值~ 地點也很好，下樓就可以到Riverwalk，不是在最熱鬧地區，若是要享受悠閒的度假，會是鬧中取靜的飯店，我非常的喜歡」

「The hotel was under renovation and it was a mess. In the early hours of the morning, there were renovation trucks pulling things, which woke me up twice. In addition, there is no central air conditioning. The sound is too loud and makes it difficult to sleep. Very bad experience.」

「The property is a bit dated but good value for money overall. There is no daily cleaning service so you need to book this in advance. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the daily parking rate is pretty standard for downtown San Antonio」
