"as usual our stay was super apart from one person who seemed to run the breakfast room in the mornings and the resturaunt in the evening. she was very rude to us in the mornings on two occasions and again in the evening.we did bring this up with a member of staff called nicki, a very helpful young lady who said she will have words with veronica. after this her attitude changed dramatically. we will be coming down again later in the year but may look elsewhere as this treatment was uncalled for...

"Lovely hostel room with a view of the harbour. Everything spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The owners and staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast with very good never ending fresh coffee. "

"It was comfortable and walkable distance to the beach. Parking its dificult."

"Pleasant staff, family run. Comfortable bed, no a/c and a very limited choice for the ‘free’ breakfast. No parking so you have to drive round looking for a space which was bad enough in Early July and will be horrendous later. "

"It was like to be inside the fridge,no heating at all no good to stay this time of the year. We got quickly fixed with hot water and extra duvets otherwise is impossible to sleep gets very cold night time late march and early April."

"The flat was in a 4th floor with no lift. No aircon or heater. We did not have toilet roll neither. The apartment had hair from the other guest in the floors and the bathroom. Communication with the team was good and the staff very friendly. "

"Cheap but grubby, charges for sheets as well as towels. Noisy at night. Nowhere to put clothes in bedrooms (no shelves in cupboard) or stuff in bathroom. Good pool and amazing views though. Restaurant ok & nice staff but very slow check in and reception mainly closed."

"Location was good and apartment had all our needs however the air conditioner was broken and they didn’t do much to help us. They kept saying they waiting for the engineer but we were there for a week and no sign of an engineer. They could have offered us fans or perhaps another apartment but they didn’t seem too concerned to help. So that was disappointing. Apartment is outdated and probably needs a good refurbishment in the near future. A bit noisy but that was to be expected at this busy...

"היינו אצלכם במשך שלושה ימים, מבחינת הניקיון הדירה הייתה מלוכלכת מאוד! האוויר בשירותים עומד יכולה ריח של ביוב. הרעש מהדירות האחרות גליליות היה בלתי , אפשרי ללינה. הוויפי עבד נהדר. והבריכה הייתה טובה! מבחינת המזגן היה ממש חם ועצוב לגלות שכל יום צריך לשלם עליו כסף עבור מזגן. שזה מוצר בסיסי. ובהזמנה לא כתוב באופן ברור על כך רק באותיות הקטנות"

"The hotel is a little gem. A real family run hotel that does what it says on the tin. Simple somewhat dated rooms that are very clean. Breakfast was good and service was excellent."
