"I arrived to the hotel at time when several other groups of tourists were awaiting their check-in. One lady only was available to sort out this. After half an hour in the que I was told they did not see me in the booking system due to that the hotel no longer offerred reservation via Hotels.com. After some waiting and calls to the booking department from the check-in desk finally I got my room. Overall hotel is fine and reasonable to stay for a short time."

"Great flat, straightforward check-in procedure and flexible payment options. Their office is located nearby in case if you have to pay cash prior to checking in. Flat was a bit on the chilly side (seems like windows require adjustment as some of them have a slight draft). Location-wise it's great, plenty of transport options."

"I was quite disappointed, as when I arrived (quite late, around 11pm) turned out it's not a hotel next to the train station (as it's shown in the description Leningradskaya 5) , but a small office "apartments for one night" where you can get a key from the apartment elsewhere in the city. The only reason I've booked it to be close to the train station, as I was leaving early morning.. I've explained this to the staff (who at first was trying to give me a key from the apartment in totally...
