"Great value and service!"

"Newly opened but staff requires more training. Our room had cigarette smoke, which took longer to deal with than expected. Free breakfast was a nice touch; unfortunately, most of the items were not heated well and we didn’t end up eating there as a result. Location is a bit far from city center."

"The property is located in a residential area and inconvenient if you do not drive. Room is tiny and dated."

"Hotel lobby and room has a kind of "mouldy alike" smell. The hotel should consider doing deep cleaning of carpet if not changing them. Thorough check on room's humidity issue as the moldiness could be from it. Parking wise, no issue, surrounding the hotel do not have much, but is a good transit point if going to catch a morning train."

"The room was spacious and clean with everything you need. The staff at the front desk was very helpful with any questions we had and arranged a taxi for us to go to the airport. The breakfast was delicious with many choices and we were able to box up a breakfast for our last morning when we had to leave before it opened. The free use and choice of their many bicycles enabled us to enjoy a wonderful bikeride near the ocean and transportion to different places in Taitung!"

"Great location; free use of bikes was an awesome bonus; close to many sights and easy walking access to shopping and dining. The only complaint was the room smelled musty like it had been smoked in and never got cleaned appropriately "
