「I checked into a very sub standard room where the AC was running full blast in the peak of Delhi winter and there was a smell in the bathroom. I was ready to walk out, but I commend the management and staff for insisting that I give them a chance. They shifted me to a MUCH better room where the heating actually worked. The area felt very safe, good restaurants in the beautiful mall, easy to hail cabs and the hotel was easy to get to from the hotel. Our room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and even though there was chaos outside from just the local traffic, our hotel room felt calm. We’d stay again without hesitation」
