「The reception staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel staff also contacted me by sending a reminder 48 hours ago before I check in.」

「Lovely location and beautiful caravan park. We were only there for one night but we have lots of experience with caravan parks and this looked like one of the better ones. Our heater wasn't working in our two bedroom cabin so we got an upgrade to a larger 3 bedroom cabin for no additional cost. Service was excellent, staff were friendly and professional. Will definitely return.」

「Very nice accommodation 」

「Stayed for one night as part of Riverpostman cruise. Our room was room 5 in motel 2. Extremely difficult to get to room with sleep slope and then 7 steep steps. Noisy outdoor pump on and off resulted in disturbed sleep. Balcony garden views uninviting. No insect screens o n sliding glass door.extremely small wardrobe about 30 cms wide. Two Jehova Witness booklets alongside other outdated reading but some good locaal material.Mould in jetted bathtub. Furnishings old and unusual not comfortable....

「小屋設計。每間房間門口有椅子坐可看日落…走廊就是露台的感覺。房間不大…只能勉強打開1個29"行李而已…我們4人1張雙人床2張單人床…不過房間乾淨。有公共廚房可煮食…家庭遊可以…爸媽都喜歡…汽車旅館來說算很不錯～」

「very warm friendly staff . could hear a single outside noise all night love the feel of the room very clean and well maintained . very old rustic feel with modern feeling 」

「Nice little space , so many amenities within walking distance , friendly staff and simple checkin and check out , close to some good fishing spots as well , would come back again 」

「Didn't see any staff, had to ring when we got there and card to room was left. Was nice and quiet」

「This hotel is unique. It is strangely integrated into a mall with restaurants a cinema and shops (although not all open as I went on a special day of celebration) The design is very interesting but not so easy to find your way. My only complaint is that in the room the wi-fi was not good. It might be that our room was very far from the reception desk. Even so we enjoyed being there 」

「Great and very convenient that they are pet friendly, for any size dogs. 」

「This place has alot of potential. It is decent, on nice grounds, restaurants are good, the staff are nice but a huge downfall is the bathroom. The shower is uncomfortable to be in, with very little water pressure, awkward layout and the water spills over onto the bathroom floor which is a bit of a hazard. I did spot a couple of cockroaches in the room, which bothers me. Fix these issues, and I think i would be encouraged to come back.」

「Overall a great place to stay. Surrounds leafy and a lot of birdsong which was nice. Clean and comfortable, reasonable condition of facilities and everything you need. Staff friendly and helpful. Just wish reception opening hours were a little extended - not a major issue. Would definitely stay again. 」
