「Found the hotel overall pleasant , i stayed one night i didn't have a very good night sleep found the very hard pillow was very uncomfortable, there was two off us staying in the room there was only one bath towel we had to ask for another and one cup . The breakfast was good . Have stayed in this Hotel before a few years back found it excellent feel that this time different because of the hard pillow 」

「The hotel is very welcoming and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble and no request was unmet. Myself and my Grandma felt extremely safe and the service delivered was tailored to our visit. The breakfast was very filling and the food served in the restaurant was really good value for money. Absolutely will be visiting again !! The young chap on the reception was a fountain of knowledge about the area.」

「The hotel is slightly dated but some rerfurbishment work is currently going on. The room was fine, I slept very well and didnt hear any outside noise. Good shower」

「Clean and quiet. Good location, just opposite to the train station and 15 min walk to the Rochester high street. Room is newly furnished and comfortable.」

The location is perfect - right on the seafront, but set back which reduces the noise from the road and walking distance to the old Town. It is a classic Georgian building and beautifully refurbished with lovely large comfortable rooms, complete with fridge and large screen tv. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We have stayed in Hastings many times over 15 years and this is our favourite hotel. 」
