Family weekend in Venice
Warning for night flight: I had a night flight so it was difficult to find the property ( They gave good instructions but it was dark and raining), even people from a local café didn't know the streets name. Once we knew how to get there it was very easy to find the property for the rest of our stay. Excellent location. we walked most of the time but also used the water bus Property conditions were fine

Excellent location one block away from the main tourist street, within walking distance from the train station. The room is reasonably clean but the building is showing its age. Having a laundry machine inside the apartment is a plus, but there isn't much room to dry the clothes afterwards so it's a bit clumsy.

Great communication with the management team, they were flexible and accommodated an early check in and offered to organize airport pick up. The apartment itself is spacious, we were 5 adults and were very comfortable. Location is amazing, very beberiam feel and close enough to important sites. The negative for us was the AC situation as there were no AC in any of the bedrooms, only two on the corridors that didn’t do much as per getting the place cool, we opened the windows to cool the place down and had issues with lots of mosquitos coming in.
