Very good location, but we didn’t get 2 bedroom unit we booked, discount for 1 bedroom unit was minimum, and we lost the comfort of the bedroom. Host told us our unit had air conditioner problem. Unit was very small and outdated.

Lo mejor de la propiedad es el lugar donde se encuentra. Muy fácil para ir a todos los sitios. Las fotos de las habitaciones no se parecen en nada a la que nos asignaron. No había doble nivel. Está muy mal mantenida. Con moho en la ducha (que se quita fácilmente con el producto adecuado). La tapa del water suelta, la mampara de la ducha fuera del riel, la mesa del salón se desequilibra si te apoyas, sólo una lamparita en la mesilla del dormitorio, cada mueble de distinto estilo según los sobrantes.... En fin, una desilusión.

Location was great, very close to everything. Minimal kitchen utensils and dinnerware. There was only 1 frying pan and it was in bad condition. The non stick coating was pretty much all gone and scratched. The remote control to the TV was missing the cover to the batteries, every time you pick up the remote control, the batteries would fall out.

シャワールームに扉がなかった点だけ気になりましたがそれ以外はとてもよかったです！ スタッフの方もメッセージのレスポンスが早く、とても愛想がよかったです。 エレベーターがないのですが2階まで荷物を運んでくれました。タイミングがよかったのかお昼過ぎにチェックインもできました。 チェックアウトも荷物を預けられるので便利です。また機会があれば宿泊したいです！

This apartment was disappointing, only because with a tiny bit of care and effort it could be so much more. The apartment was huge! 2 floors, 2 huge bedrooms with large comfortable beds, and 2 full bathrooms. The real estate for the the cost was truly amazing, unfortunately it was difficult to be comfortable in the space. The couch in the “living room” was disgusting, as was all the other upholstered furniture. Visible staining with god only knows what, the mattress didn’t fold into the couch properly, and for some reason a cot was just sitting in the corner the living room. I wouldn’t have touched it with a 10-foot pole. This meant the only places we were comfortable sitting were the bed (which had upholstered headboards…) or at the table. The light in the living room only had 2 working lightbulbs and was thick with dust and grime, and the walls were in need of a fresh coat of paint. If they would invest a little money into a fresh coat of paint, some new furniture and maybe some art for the walls it would be an amazing place! The location is amazing, and the staff was kind and very helpful. It’s a real shame, as it seems the owners intend to let the space rot, while continuing to charge the excessive prices of Venice.
