    We booked The Udaya Resorts & Spa without knowing the hotel, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. Everything was excellent. The staff was extremely courteous, friendly and professional, and happy to go out of their way to help in any way possible. The food was excellent, breakfast was really incredible with many courses served, the room was extremely clean and the infinity pool was beautiful.

    A Week of Heaven

    From the moment I entered the property to check-in, I was greeted immediately and given a welcome drink. I had never met such kind and service oriented people. I booked a garden suite for the week. The room was cleaned twice a day (not that it needed to be) and no matter what I asked for, my request was granted almost immediately and with a smile. Everywhere that I went on the property, I was greeted and in the restaurant, I was always greeted by name. The property is just as amazing in person as it is in all the photos. I had two spa treatments while I was there, and the excellence in service was all throughout the spa as well. The Udaya Resort has a standard of excellence and it is evident in every area of the property. I highly recommend this property if staying in the Ubud area.

    The service and staff was exceptional, the resort was clean and the room was absolutely beautiful. Staying in the private pool suite with the floating breakfast was an unforgettable experience! Would recommend to anyone looking to feel abundant and luxurious.

    This was our first time in Bali and after seeing Instagram worthy pictures of Udaya... I had to stay there! The grounds are absolutely beautiful. The staff are the nicest people who truly want to give the best customer service. The location was not far from Ubud Art Market and very close to a lot of the shopping in the Ubud Center. It was very central for all of our Ubud/jungle excursions! Plus they offer full or half day driver services. I wish I could remember our drivers name but he was the best! We also got complimentary breakfast everyday which was very filling and yummy! Definitely not the typical hotel food. You won’t regret staying here!!
