    I checked in this hotel twice, @2nights, the first check-in was upgraded,. Room was spacious with sea view. When I rechecked in again after few weeks, the guess room was comparatively smaller and not so well maintained.

    I was only in HK for about 15 hours for a layover. The room was perfect and comfortable especially after a 17hr flight. The staff were nice and the front desk lady, i believe her name was Natalie was super mond and she told me how to get to the underground and get into downtown. Would defo recommend if you need ti be close to airport. Only about a 7min taxi ride.

    We had a great time with my family the service was excellent the room nice and clean the bed very comfortable. we had an amazing holiday at Novotel citygate Hong Kong.i deffinetly recommended.

    Convenient airport location. Inside a huge mall with plenty of places to eat. Easy quick access to MTR.
