Balcony tub is nice but you will need to clean it first and the hot water will run out before filling but you don’t need it haha. Staff is really nice although only the Manager speaks English. The area is not as developed as hotel zone and you will need a scooter. But I stayed here for 5 days and loved it

I loved everything about this stay! I had my own little private pool and I absolutely loved my room. I had a little kitchen and my bed was super comfy. Danny was a pleasure to communicate with. She gave me a lot of information about things to do around and places to go. I cannot recommend this stay enough!

This is a beautiful new property. Large and comfortable rooms. Gorgeous pool. Quiet neighborhood. Cute cafe right in the hotel garden. Walkable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

The property is good. Located in an up and coming location. You are close to a Main Street so you can get around. The internet connection is stable in comparison to other places. I would recommend.

Nice, clean rooms. It’s still under construction but for the price it’s not that bad. Check in was easy. Nice coffe shop on site. Close to restaurants and an oxxo. Definitely recommend and I would definitely stay again.😁

Newly build. good maintenance. Services are prompt. Only part of it still under contraction that utilities supply aren’t stable. And no elevator at the moment.

The place is super new, so a few details need to be finished. Staff is super helpful. The main issue was a person that own either an apartment or part of the project getting drunk almost everyday in the front desk and being vulgar and loud, didn’t feel safe.

The property is extremely cheap, and it is truly what you pay for. The hotel has no warm water in the shower, no iron or other essential “hotel items” but the employees are extremely considerate and helpful. Construction is happening consistently and while not disruptive there are random workers walking around the premise. The pool is very clean and the hotel overall is very empty which is nice. It is a bit far from the beaches and hotel zone so I’d recommend a rental scooter or ATV which you can rent from the premise. It is close to the downtown area but very safe and convenient

My daughter and i had to spend two nights taking old showers. Electricity kept going out and when they changed our room they didn’t advise that the room would be a down grade and there was no discount or anything due to the down grade. The nee room was dirty and none of the remotes had batteries. When we entered the room it was hot and stuffy. And had to wait an for someone to buy batteries so we left the property and came back. I do not recommend this property and will never stay there again. Dates were 12/18-12/22.
