"The best staffs ever! Especially bell captain service staffs are great. I will repeat this hotel when I use Narita Airport. Frequent shuttle bus schedule is very convenient and helps saving money for taxi to the airport."

"I appreciated the airport shuttle. The shuttle was full so the hotel paid for us to take a taxi to the hotel. We didn’t take advantage of the onsen because I have tattoos and am not allowed on. Our room was clean and spacious, but it was quite noisy with lots of noise coming from the above room that sounded like stomping. We didn’t ask to switch rooms because we were tired and settled. The buffet is pricey, at 29,000 yen, but it did have a wide selection. We decided to walk to a nearby restaurant for dinner that took about 5 minutes. There’s not a lot around but we used it just for a nights rest before flying home to Canada. "
