Good location if you wish to live at night market area haha, was located just right at fengjia night market. The mattress was too hard. The location of this property for me consider a bit seculded.

非常不舒服的環境
非常不舒服，即使是回家後，過了兩天，那個廁所的臭味加上密不通風的空間，回想起來真讓人不舒服！另外因為對面店家廣告燈非常明亮，可是住宿卻是使用透光白色窗簾，會影響睡眠品質...而且屋主從頭到尾都沒出現過，只有一通電話說是給入門密碼...還有要特別注意，沒有提供停車位，也沒在訊息提供收費停車相關位置！

住宿地點非常的棒，距離夜市非常的近，一下樓就可以開始逛，隔音的部分雖然經過其他房間會聽到裡面的聲音，不過我住的那一間晚上倒是非常的安靜，缺點就是因為是由學生套房改的，所以沒有電梯，對於帶兩個小孩的家庭，光是搬行李跟推車就有不小的麻煩，不過床夠大，兩張雙人床合在一起非常的舒適，冷氣溫度也很穩定，熱水器是電熱型的，水量雖然不大，不過也堪用的，價位則是尚可。附近有停兩天200元無限次進出的大型停車場，服務人員會跟你說在哪裡。
