I stayed for three nights never had maid service. Had to go to desk for linens which they seemed to be short on even though the hotel was not busy. It’s a great location if you are having medical appointments though!

Very convenient to Barnes Hospital. We have stayed there numerous times and there never seems to he enough staff at the front desk to help. One person at the counter while there may be 1or 2 people in the office that do not come out to help when needed.
