I was a guest at your hotel, and I am writing to express my concern regarding several serious issues encountered during my stay.
Upon arrival, I was assigned to room 101 and immediately noticed that there was no fire alarm detector installed. I reported this to the front desk, but was informed that there were no replacement units available at the time. In addition to this safety issue, I experienced other problems that ultimately led to my relocation to another room.
Specifically:
• The plumbing in the toilet was not functioning properly.
• The room’s floor was filthy upon arrival.
• There was a posted sign instructing guests to obtain a mop from the front desk to clean any water spills themselves.
• Guests are required to bring dirty towels to the front desk in order to receive clean ones, and the policy limits each room to only three towels.
While I appreciate being moved to a different room, these conditions raise significant concerns regarding the safety, cleanliness, and guest service standards at the hotel. I respectfully request that these issues be addressed promptly to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for future guests.
