This hotel is great, from the service and location it was spectacular. I was in the Premium King Bed with balcony and the room was spacious; the bed was large and the room was very clean. The balcony had a beautiful view of the city. The lobby area and the rooftop area are very nice, I enjoyed using the gym and sauna daily. Location wise for someone visiting from Canada was great, lots of high end restaurants and bars in the area, close to museums and other attractions, and as a solo traveler I felt safe to walk around the neighborhood at night. The hotel food isn’t the best but there’s no reason to eat hotel food with all the amazing options around, I would recommend this hotel highly.

Great hotel but no drinking water!

Nice bedrooms with amenities and a modern look. Breakfast is definitely worth it, great coffee options and great variety of foods. I have two main complaints: - Gym equipment is outdated and archaic. - Hotel does not provide drinking water. Not in the rooms, nor in the lobby. This in a country where tap water is not safe to drink. This is beyond bad service, perhaps a human rights violation!

Desapontamento com a Experiência de Hospedagem

Cheguei ao Hotel Melia Jardim Europa com expectativas altas, mas a experiência foi desapontadora. Ao informar a presença de manchas de sangue e uma agulha no leito, recebi um e-mail bem escrito da diretora e uma ligação de justificativa, mas sem ações concretas. A cama não foi devidamente trocada; simplesmente removeram o lençol de elástico. Além disso, notei uma falta de limpeza no quarto ao retornar às 14h, apesar de ter saído às 7h. Quando questionei, fui informado de que deveria ter colocado uma placa de solicitação de limpeza. Pela minha experiência, isso não deveria ser necessário, a não ser para o "não perturbe". Senti que essa instrução deveria ter sido dada na recepção e que a resposta foi mais uma desculpa do que uma solução. Infelizmente, o atendimento ficou aquém do esperado e os erros foram apenas parcialmente reconhecidos. Espero que o hotel melhore seus procedimentos para evitar que outros hóspedes enfrentem situações similares.
