Our room had exposed wires, stained pillow cases, cob webs, dead and alive bugs, and was just gross. Looks NOTHING like the pictures online. Different flooring and bedding and all. Plus, we overpaid through Expedia! I went in to ask for a refund and was denied even being able to see the refund policy. They just offered a new room that was also disgusting. I was hoping to maybe even get one nights stay returned to me so I could go somewhere else. I’m disappointed because this was my first time booking and I figured through Expedia I could trust the photos and price. I tried to call Expedia to help with getting some sort of refund, and he listened to ONE of the issues in the room and wasn’t able to help. We have two young kids so obviously a disgusting room is unacceptable. Will obviously NEVER be staying here again. Attaching a few pictures, but wish I would’ve taken more!
