the property was great, the room was nice and quiet. anything you need they have thought of (aside from food) but there’s a little corner store across the street. My husband got food poisoning the one day of our stay and we had to extend our stay a day longer than expected. The staff was very accommodating and got us into our new room hours earlier than check in which was much appreciated. The building is nice, close to several train stations and it’s easy to get a cab up a block on the main road.

Good, clean, spacious, good price. Overall a good place. A nice big room in the residential area so it is expected to walk a little to get to the closest station.

Great property to stay at with kids. There’s a park with a playground right next door. Laundry machine in the unit was great. Very comfortable for 2 adults and 2 small kids. We liked that we could leave our bags there before we could check-in. Kitchen with pans to cook. Only downside is to get to the main part of Akihabara takes about 10-15 minutes walk. But Akihabara station is about 5ish minutes from the hotel by foot.

We stayed for several nights here as a family. it is on a side street from busy streets, a few train stations around, but quiet place to stay. we enjoyed using the kitchen to cook, washer/dryer works, if clothes not completely dry, just run another round a dry. there is hanging rod in bathing room also. ac and fan work in the room. front desk staff friendly, requested another set of pillows since ones in the room are too flat. very close to convenience store, and grocery store. no view, not much area at lobby to hang out. light switches at the main bed and charging usb which is very convenient. room service does not happen every day, but since we stayed long enough, we had one room service done. one thing to note is do not leave any personal items in the bed or on the headboard ledge. one item fell on floor and was left there, one item disappeared (disappointed a bit but not enough to complain), one charging wire got stuck in between bed mattress and something. but it functioned for what we need. one staff is excellent in english and chinese!

In unit washer and dryer combo, has kitchen, nice for family with kids. Very close to train station, convenience store and supermarket. I'll definitely stay there again.
