"The hotel was great. First night was really noisy till after midnight on a Tuesday night. But after that we had a great stay. The non upgraded rooms did not have ac in them so I believe that the update is worth it. I would definitely visit this hotel again. "

"Stayed at this property for 3 nights. The staff was super nice and informative. Property has a beautiful view of rostro maya and the overall lake. Kayaks are easy and accessible to use at all times. Hotel is only a short walk along the shoreline to the main st of San Juan. Breakfast was always delicious and filling. Would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Guatemala. "

"We have a great time views staff and breakfast were excellent however mattress could use an upgrade, doors should have a shade for privacy also for the sunlight, a better mirror the one in our bathroom you can barely see yourself there’s a lot of stairs so keep that in mind "

"I loved everything about this property.The room was very spacious and comfortable. I lived the room had a sofa to sit outaide and enjoy the views. We staid on the firat floor in front of the pool, very convenient as the restaurant was right next to the pool.We liked that breakfast was included but didnt start till 8 AM, we are used to waking up early around 6 to get the day started and be able to do more, but it was fine overall."
