The property itself was beautiful and what you would expect of an upscale all inclusive resort. However, while there wasn’t a lack of food options, the quality of the food was terrible. Room service food was absolutely terrible and inedible. The food throughout the resort was such low quality it was surprising. Things that aren’t even expensive, like breads and pastries, were stale and tasteless. The drinks were hit or miss, a lot of the cocktails being watered down. The only decent meal was at the habachi restaurant. Also, housekeeping was very slow any time we called. Twice I had to call for more towels because we weren’t given enough, and it would take well over an hour to get them sent up. Pool was fun, property very nice and beach was amazing. Our butler Vicky was also very friendly!!
