"This property was nice and, on the water! Beautiful ocean views! From the moment you walk into the hotel, they have a killer view with a nice bar in the lobby! The staff was always very helpful and nice. From the check in staff to ALL of the bartenders and cleaning crew, very friendly. At the breakfast buffet we had regular servers that were so cool! I remembered their names! This one server, Isela Pedro was especially kind and attentive! Before I would leave, she would grab me a "Cafe de Oea" in a to-go cup! It was the little things! I do tip everyone! So maybe that helped :-) I tip after our meals, to the bartenders, cleaning lady and the drivers. "
