The property was being remodeled. It was cleans. The gentleman at check-in was kind and courteous. We reserved a king size bed, but due to renovations and the paint smell, we were placed in a double queen. It would be nice to know about renovations prior allowing us to book the room. However, it was a nice enough hotel for our short stay. It's was a nice enough hotel for our short stay.

The building looked clean on the outside and lobby. Room doors was old or needing painting or updating. The TV in the room had exposed wires. Housekeeping made the bed but never changed the sheets. Just provided clean towels. The room was small. Even tho reservations was confirmed but when I called the hotel to advise a late arrival they insisted on another $140 payment which was never refunded. I will never book a reservation at this hotel again.
