「Beautiful hotel! Beautiful people working there. The room and location was amazing. Only complaint the pillows were very hard, all of them!! AC wasn’t quite as cold as we are used to but very nice and comfortable. Area was super close to the Basilica of Saint Francis with an amazing view. Would definitely stay again. 」

Didnt use the small spa area, but would suggest the outside area of the spa be given some attention. Needed some tidying up and maintenance, but it was the end of the season, so may already be part...
