Great Communication
No complaints. I stayed in a small bedsit like apartment with kitchenette including a washing machine which comes in handy for the traveller. Many utensils are provided which made my stay more comfortable. The shower is excellent with toiletries provided. I had a room with a great sea view on the 16th floor. The agents for the apartment were very easily contacted via WhatsApp and they responded promptly and were very helpful. A pedestrian exit at the rear of the building leads to a well lit road to the beach road.

Great communial areas poor rooms
The communial areas are second to none. Pool areas fantastic, well equipped gym.The particular room we stayed at was basic. The air conditioning made it impossible to sleep. I reported it, they did claim to have cleaned it, but it didn't help. I asked for a room change but was informed this was not possible and that all the rooms are the same.

The Riviera is a wonderful property. Our room had a fantastic view. The amenities are fantastic-lots of quiet spots with cool breezes.

This is a condotel, so there is no on-site check-in/out staff. But my communication with my contact was good. There were no electric sockets by the night stands next to the bed. The closest electrical socket was in the kitchen. Very inconvenient. The condotel is located in a very desolate part of Jomtien Beach. The closest convenience store is about a 15 minute walk away, which is the beach front area. My friend recommended this place to me by mistake. I thought I would be very close to my friend, but I was not. Getting a taxi, ride share, etc. to this property is very difficult. Most taxi and ride share drivers are unfamiliar with this property because it is in a desolate area. The HVAC in the room was a bit noisy and constantly running.
