Dirty, water intrusion, broken furniture, no pool towels, locked out of room because of a faulty lock. The lack of service and upkeep on this relatively new property is apparent. Orlando is such a busy area and im sure this hotel fills up with visitors no matter what the conditions or service level.

Over all we had an average stay. The pool near our room was closed so we had to use the pool on the other side of the hotel. The pool towels were never available for us. The hotel was clearly having an air conditioning problem that made it uncomfortable in the main area , dining area and kids play area. The store in the hotel was well stocked with a large selection of emergency items and snacks at a reasonable price. We enjoyed the onsite Starbucks, bar and restaurant.. The hotel was a decent location with a lot of dining options nearby.
