Stayed here for the Easter Weekend with my husband, it was our third time staying at the motel. The rooms are spacious and the pool area is great to lounge around at during the day. The motel is close to shopping and dining, and a short walk to the beach. I would gladly stay here again and recommend

Good location but I do not recommend at all. We pulled out the couch bed and it was filled with bugs, at least 10-12 ran out and were hiding within the seams of the mattress. The reception was already closed so we had to wait until morning to talk to them. We had a terrible sleep knowing how many bugs were in the couch mattress, and most likely in our bed as well. When I went to reception in the morning, hoping for some sort of solution to make up for it, I was told at first that there wasn’t and never had been bugs in any of the rooms, and when I said I had pictures, the owner said “well I don’t see 10 bugs like you said there were, I only see one” (I had taken a close-up of it hiding in the seams). After that, he then said “of course there are bugs everywhere, you’re in Australia”. I was talking calmly to him the entire time, and he continued yelling at me, red in the face. I’ve never been spoken to like this by anyone, especially someone who should have handled the issue a lot more professionally.

Clean, roomy, modern decor. The only down side was that for a booking of 3 people we were given 4 coffee sachets. Not even enough for at least a coffee on entry and coffee in the morning each. Let alone for those who have 2 sachets per coffee. It's not like it would have been a big cost yet it was a big oversight. Office was closed most of the time so could not get any service.

Great location within easy walking distance to The Junction supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Beautiful spacious room, large private balcony and very welcoming check-in. Highly recommended for a great value stay in Noosa.
