It’s in a great location. You’re in walking distance to everything. The bed was very comfortable and I love the dispensers for shampoo and conditioner in the shower. I’ve never seen that before, but then again I do t travle a lot. Nanaimo is a lovely city and the people are friendly. We will be back

This hotel is well situated but we didn’t know there was construction outside the hotel which was annoying because we couldn’t get into the parkade and street parking was difficult.
