"I found everything about this hotel to be excellent - the room, the service, the courteous staff, the shops and restaurants. I love that the hotel is connected to the Haneda Airport! If there's something I would like to comment on, they are as follows: 1. The room does not have a closet except for the wall with hangers. 2. Maybe you can consider adding a restaurant that serves pasta dishes, for a better variety. 3. Maybe a folding luggage rack can be provided. Other than that, overall experience was great! "

"Excellent hotel, very contemporary but has a casual vibe. Really friendly staff. Room was larger than expected for Tokyo w/ great amenities like robes, slippers, toothbrushes. Daily breakfast was quite good with a large variety. Awesome spa area with cold plunge pool and two variable hot pools for soaking after a long day running around the city. Easy walk to Shiomi station and the Keiyo Line trains. "

"The deluxe family room is exactly as pictured and the view of Ueno park each sunny spring morning was magical. I would stay in room 810 again and again. Staff were helpful, plenty of shopping, food and several train stations within a 5 minute walk. Hotel is new and beautiful. The extra space for a family of 4 made the two week trip comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better room/hotel."
