We have stayed at this property 4 times because we needed separate sleeping areas. Each room has the same sofa bed that looks to be many years old. Even new sofa beds aren't very comfortable but these are worse. Every one of them had stains and just looks bad. They need to replace all of their sofa beds which would make the stay much better.

Check in was okay. First room bathroom floor has water all over it. Called desk she moved me to another room. The second room looked clean but smelled like mildew. Carpet was damp which I noticed after getting out of shower. I’ll never go there again!

The hotel is ideally located just out side the hustle and bustle of the downtown area of Morgantown. Typical college town. Extremely convenient. Will definately stay again if needed and would highly recommend. Only down part for a longer stay on hot days is no pool LOL but not a deal breaker.

This property has went downhill in the last year. I didn’t have AC the entire 4 days I was there. When I moved rooms there still wasn’t working air. They gave me a fan. Which wouldn’t turn on. Then sent up another fan only after my husband had to call the property from home on my behalf. It wasn’t clean and I’m pretty sure I spotted mold growing in several places near the sinks and the top of the ceiling in the bathroom. I won’t be returning unless there is a renovation. Even the sign outside is dilapidated.

We stayed here for one night to attend an orientation at WVU. There were 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. All were lumpy and very comfortable. The sofa bed was the worst, the mattress was dingy and springs were coming through. We all had a horrible sleep. The bathroom had a wet box of tissues and they were brown, and also there was a lot of mold under the sink. I don’t believe we will stay there again. Also, because I booked through Expedia, they put a $75 hold on my card.
This was under the bathroom sink.
