Our tv or phone didn’t work properly and the internet was super slow. But overall, our stay was great! The food is awesome, the drinks be hitting, and the beach is right in front of the resort. We had a beautiful view and enjoyed our stay.

I wanted somewhere very close to the airport, and this location was perfect! I’m glad I wasn’t swayed by some of the negative reviews—my experience was quite the opposite. The property is well-maintained, the grounds are beautiful, and the staff were generally friendly—though I’ll note that as non-white guests, we did occasionally sense some mixed energy. Upon arrival, the bellman promptly assisted with our luggage and even returned to help again when our room was changed. While I had originally booked a specific room type and was initially given something different, I calmly contacted the front desk. Within about 30 minutes, they upgraded us to a room that matched what we paid for, and I really appreciated how they resolved the issue without any fuss. The food was good, with a variety of great options. Overall, it seems that respectful communication goes a long way—treat the staff well, and they’ll likely return the favor. Keep up the good work!

It was easy to get to, and safe, however, the Wifi was very poor, many occasions food was cold, the dinning was fully covered by staff, queue for long periods to get into dinning area, then watch queue increase due tables not being cleared for over 30 mins, on arrival had two rooms booked these was not available on arrival had to wait for 2hrs for the room keys, having travel to Jamaica for 30 plus years, and using hotels for the past 20yrs this is my worst experience ever.

Está muy mal ubicado y sus instalaciones dejan mucho que decir, la playa es bonita pero de muy incómodo y peligroso acceso. En su mayoría todo el personal es muy amable, pero en el área administrativa es muy deficiente en cuanto a información y servicio. A mí en lo personal me vendieron un paquete de actividades, las cuales nunca me cumplieron debido a la falta de coordinación entre el Hotel y los encargados de la actividad. Lo peor de todo es que en las noches no puedes dormir debido a un cúmulo de personas en los alrededores, con música muy alta y en actividades ilícitas.

I went here with a friend, she is 23 and I’m 25, this was our first adult trip without family or a partner. We had an amazing stay, lovely staff especially the pool bartenders and tour desk staff. The tour desk arranged 3 excursions for us that were great, they were very knowledgeable and had helpful suggestions. We had great conversations with the pool bartending staff and all ended up on a first name basis, lots of laughs. I will definitely need to come again.

Nice facilities, clean… but the check in process was awful. We arrived at 11am, knowing the check in was at 3pm… we stayed on the facility waiting for the room, by 3:30pm the room was not ready. While other people arrived and got their room. We needed to talk with manager to resolve the issue. The front desks representatives did not knew what to do… really bad experience.

Overall a good stay with some highlights and a few drawbacks. The property is very close to the airport (about a 10-minute drive, $8 per person), which was super convenient. Check-in was quick and easy. The rooms were clean but dated although fair for the price paid. The food was a standout. We really enjoyed the fresh fruit, green tea, flavorful curry, tender lamb chops, baked chicken, macaroni and cheese, breakfast omelettes, fresh pineapple juice, and tasty desserts. Service was slow at times, but staff were always polite and accommodating. Overall, a decent resort stay with great food and friendly service, balanced out by older rooms and a slower pace.

From the moment you get there till you leave the staff is truly amazing! Ritchie, Clayton, Tatiana, Niles, Cassandra, Country and the rest of the staff were the friendliest group of people my wife and I have ever met. The beach view was stunning. Food selection was great. Didn't care much for the Italian restaurant, sorry. The nightly entertainment was very enjoyable. Can't wait to return again!

Nightly entertainment, beach across the street, small resort. The only real issue was Not having air conditioning while dining in the buffet. It’s impossible to enjoy the cuisine when it’s too hot and barely any air flow in the Summer.! Noisy with traffic and loud music on the road. Anyone with a balcony or ocean view experienced lots of noise throughout the night.

This is the 2nd time ive stayed at this resort this time for 4 nites. The food was great last time and it didnt disappoint 2nd time round. Loved the scenary and the relaxing cabana areas to take in the view of the beautiful surroundings including the incoming planes, whilst sipping on a covktail and reading my book. What could be improved: - Cooling system in the dinning room - no AC and not all fans were working so I had to make sure where possible to sit by an open window and gulp down some ice water...haha The food is great and its a shame at times you cant fully enjoy the meal because the dining hall is sooo hot you just want to eat quickly and leave. - As a solo traveller whilst the staff were polite upon entry into the dining hall, it didnt always feel that they were as attentive serving at the table as with couples and groups.

I was pleasantly surprised with the Sea Garden resort. It was great stay considering the price. Very affordable. Overall my family and I had a great time! I have 2 complaints: The deli by the pool was never stocked with the advertised items. We stayed 4 days and was never able to get a beef Patti, each day was told they’d have them the next day. The most alarming thing was that I was confronted by the deli worker about why my children and I “wasted the food”. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! After coming for beef Patti (again) she offered my kids pizza, I asked if they had pepperoni. She said they have cheese and pepperoni… we got our pizza and all three slices were piled on top of eachother on one plate making a big pile of mess (pizza stuck together) but the the biggest issue was that not only were there pepperoni, there was big chunks of green peppers and Onions included on the pizza. Needless to say, my 3 and 7 year old kids did not like it and didn’t not eat it. I also got vanilla ice cream and found it inedible due to ice chips in it. It was crazy that the worker had the audacity to ask why we wasted our food. The worker and another lady back there gave me dirty looks. It was ridiculous, rude and straight up unprofessional. They should be ashamed at the way they treat their guests. #2 we never got enough towels in our room. We kept having to call front desk for towels and wash rags. Or they would give us small hand towels instead of bath towels. Buy more towels!!!
